We’ve improved item search in Workflows to help you find and add the right items faster, without sorting through your entire inventory. These updates make search more focused, flexible, and efficient, especially for teams managing items across multiple folders and locations.

• Folder-level search: Search only within the folder you need, reducing errors when the same item exists in multiple locations.
• Bulk item adding: Select and add multiple items at once instead of one by one, saving valuable time and effort.
• Smarter search experience: Refine your search without starting over and see results update in real time, making it easier to complete workflows quickly.

Enhanced Search gives you more confidence in your item searches and the workflows that depend on them.

Enhanced item Search is available for users on Ultra or above plans only. Simply start adding items to a Pick List, Purchase Order, Stock Count, or Invoice to use it.
