  1. Work Orders/Jobs in Sortly

    Ability to create work orders or jobs in Sortly. Assign inventory to be consumed at a job. Once the job is completed, the inventory quantity should automatically update in Sortly. Ability to see which jobs are in progress, completed etc and to see how much materials have been consumed on the job so far. Maybe even allow some integration with other job management software.

  4. Dragging folders or items into other folders

    this makes it easier and more efficient when organizing folders in a big sub folder. it would work so that when you click and hold you can drag one folder and place it into another by hovering over the folder you want to be the new destination

  5. Automatically resize images to fit thumbnails

    Description: When uploading images, the thumbnails often crop portions of the image, making the content unclear. It would be helpful if uploaded images were automatically resized or adjusted to fit within the thumbnail dimensions, ensuring the full image is visible without being obscured. Benefit: This would improve usability by keeping thumbnails clear and consistent, reducing the need for users to re-edit or re-upload images.

  6. Statuses!

    It would be great if we could introduce the ability to mark different actions with statuses. For example the item was received, processed, under development, delivered, complete, etc..

  7. Forecasting for low stock

    I need to know that Sortly will use usage AND held quantity to flag up that more stock is required - if usage starts becoming high, it won't then be caught out by min stock holding being insufficient. I also need to know that it will allow forecasting - estimated use in future dates.

    We would like to have the option to create a folder and move items just scanning without having to type the reason or selecting the folder for each item that is being moved.

  14. Mass Import Sheet - Drop Down List

    Allow drop down lists for each column on your mass import sheet. It will speed up the process and reduce any typos or mistakes from copying and entering names/details etc. The drop down list for each column will be of the tags or fields the user already entered or established.
