NEW: Get More Visibility With Jobs Reports, Faster Returns, and More

Jobs is already a must-use Sortly feature, and it just got even better. You can now see how items were used with Jobs reports, return items faster, reopen closed jobs when corrections are needed, and access it all from your main menu.

What this means for you:

• Clearer job and item usage: Use Jobs reports to see how items were used over time and which jobs each item supported. Drill into transaction details to support reconciliation, billing review, and future planning.

• Easier access: Jobs can now be found in your Sortly main menu, right below ‘Items’, for quicker access to everything Job related, from start to finish.

• Faster item returns: When items come back, Sortly can prefill the return location with where they were pulled from, so you can skip the folder hunt.

• Corrections when you need them: Completed jobs stay protected from accidental changes, and admins and owners can now reopen a job by moving it back to In-progress when something needs fixing.
