this makes it easier and more efficient when organizing folders in a big sub folder. it would work so that when you click and hold you can drag one folder and place it into another by hovering over the folder you want to be the new destination

It would be great if we could change the folder color. We have folder names that are the same because we track parts by type as they move between on-order, inventory, staging and install. It would be nice to color code them to try and set them apart

Allow for components and finished products to be tracked organically and not by using the folder structure.

Allow users to design labels by choosing what information to include or exclude, and adjust elements such as font size, logo size, and overall layout.

Description: Currently, Sortly does not offer the ability to restrict specific user roles to the mobile app only, preventing them from accessing Sortly through the web/desktop app. Requested Improvement: Add a permission setting that allows account owners to restrict certain users or roles to mobile-only access. Use Case: When employees update inventory quantities, using the mobile app encourages them to physically locate the item and scan its barcode before making changes. Allowing updates through the desktop app increases the risk of inaccurate quantity adjustments since users may update inventory without having the physical item in front of them. Benefit: Helps reduce inventory errors, improve stock count accuracy, and encourage employees to verify physical inventory before making quantity adjustments.

Customers would like the ability to edit or correct picked quantities in a Pick List after an item has been marked as fully picked. Currently, if a user accidentally marks an item as fully picked but hasn't actually picked the entire quantity, they cannot go back and correct the amount. Requested Functionality: Allow users to adjust previously entered picked quantities, including items marked as fully picked, so they can correct mistakes without having to recreate the Pick List.

Add the ability to update items via bulk import. An example of why this would be important is for a cycle count or a stock take.

Ability to have Sortly in Dark Mode.

We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

Possibility, to translate Sortly App and Web app into multiple languages.

Allow for different label sizes that what is currently allowed

Allow users to sort folders and items in any order.

We have some items that when bulk imported only had 1 variant, like 1 color. It would be helpful if we could add additional attributes and variants when we add another color or size of the same item. When that happens now, we need to delete the item and create a new one with the additional attributes and variants.

I need to know that Sortly will use usage AND held quantity to flag up that more stock is required - if usage starts becoming high, it won't then be caught out by min stock holding being insufficient. I also need to know that it will allow forecasting - estimated use in future dates.
