  4. Exclude Tags Filter from Low Stock Report Filters

The ability to exclude specific tags when filtering reports, particularly the Low Stock Report. Currently, filter options only support: Include any of the selected (OR) Include all of the selected (AND) There is no option to exclude items with a specific tag. The customer tags low stock items as "Ordered" once they have been reordered. They would like these items to automatically disappear from the Low Stock Report to reduce clutter, as they already maintain a separate "Ordered List" report. An "Exclude selected tags" filter option would allow them to keep the Low Stock Report focused only on items that still require action.

  9. Complete Job Returned Items to Original Folders

Unused items from jobs should be put back to their original folders with adjusted quantities if necessary. Selecting and finding folders to return each item individually is a very laborious and unnecessary procedure.

  11. Item Templates for Reusable Structures

Allow users to create and save templates that define a standard item structure (with custom fields, categories, and metadata). Users could then: Apply a saved template when creating a new item or parent item, instead of building fields from scratch.Reuse templates across multiple sets/collections (e.g., china sets, toolkits, medical kits, etc.).Update templates centrally, so new fields or attributes can be included automatically for future use. This makes it much easier to manage collections where many items share the same structure but differ in specific values. Example use cases: Fine china collections with the same manufacturer/pattern but different piece types.Equipment kits where each variant shares common fields (size, serial, condition).Artwork collections with standard metadata (artist, medium, dimensions, value). Value - Saves time, reduces repetitive setup, ensures consistency, and improves the ability to scale inventory across large or complex collections.

  12. Hide the Orders/Purchase Orders section on the item view

Allow customer to hide or remove the Orders section (Product Links + Open/Closed Purchase Orders) from the item detail page, so it doesn't appear on any entry. Some customers don't use Purchase Orders or Product Links at all and would like a cleaner item view without that card, which can create clutter. Ideally this would be an account-level setting to toggle the Orders section off across all items.
