We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

Allow for components and finished products to be tracked organically and not by using the folder structure.

Integrate with Xero

Allow users to choose if they want email notifications for Pick Lists

It would be great if we could change the folder color. We have folder names that are the same because we track parts by type as they move between on-order, inventory, staging and install. It would be nice to color code them to try and set them apart

Integrate with Clover POS

Description: Add a "Last Moved Date" field as an available export attribute in the All Items and Folder views. This field should display the most recent date an item or folder was moved within Sortly. Current Limitation: Currently, customers can export various item and folder attributes, but the date an item or folder was last moved is not available. While this information can be found in Activity History, customers must manually combine data from multiple sources to retrieve it. Use Case: Customers who regularly reconcile their inventory rely on the last moved date to verify item and folder movements. Without this field in exports, they must manually cross-reference Activity History with inventory exports, creating additional work and increasing the risk of human error. Requested Improvement: Allow customers to include the "Last Moved Date" as an optional column when exporting inventory data from the All Items and Folder views. Customer Impact: Saves significant time during periodic inventory reconciliation. Eliminates the need to manually merge data from multiple reports. Reduces the risk of human error when matching inventory records. Improves the accuracy and efficiency of inventory audits.

I use Sortly for my small trucking business. It works awesome but when buying high value parts like engines, transmissions and etc. I don't keep these items in inventory they're ordered , received and installed when they arrive not kept in inventory. It would be helpful to review and approve P.O.s through the mobile app also. I've always got my phone with me but getting to a computer can be a hassle.

Add the ability to update items via bulk import. An example of why this would be important is for a cycle count or a stock take.

Ability to have Sortly in Dark Mode.

Possibility, to translate Sortly App and Web app into multiple languages.

Allow for different label sizes that what is currently allowed

Allow users to design labels by choosing what information to include or exclude, and adjust elements such as font size, logo size, and overall layout.

It would be great if we could see the cost field as well as the price field, so that we can see that difference in the reports.

The ability to use a public URL that will show customers/clients a user's inventory without having to log in.
