Customers would like the ability for Pick Lists to move an entire folder structure, including all nested subfolders and their contents, to a new destination when the Pick List is completed. Currently, Pick Lists only move the selected items. To preserve the folder hierarchy, users must manually recreate the destination folder structure. Adding the ability to move the complete folder hierarchy as part of a Pick List would streamline workflows, reduce manual setup, and help customers maintain their existing organizational structure when relocating inventory.

Allow for components and finished products to be tracked organically and not by using the folder structure.

Allow users to design labels by choosing what information to include or exclude, and adjust elements such as font size, logo size, and overall layout.

The option to hide fields for certain users.

We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

It would be great if we could see the cost field as well as the price field, so that we can see that difference in the reports.

Send an automatic purchase order to a supplier/vendor when amount is low/below X number

When we export a folder for example into a PDF is there any way we can have our company logo at the Header at all please?

When searching for “W9,” the customer receives no results because the search term does not meet the current three-character minimum requirement. This creates a challenge for their workflow, as the ability to search using two-character item identifiers is important for efficient item lookup.

Add the ability to update items via bulk import. An example of why this would be important is for a cycle count or a stock take.
