    I have 3 big different categories and I use folder for them. But I need around 3-5 fields for each folder. So if I can select different fields for different folders that would be helpful for me. 25 field is really enough for me and if I can select which field will be shown on which folder, that would be great. With this, my each team will see their own category fields only.

  14. Log a verified count on an item without changing quantity

    Allow a matched Stock Count (or an Update Quantity with a reason at zero change) record a "verified on [date]" entry in the item's own Activity History/Transactions, without requiring a quantity change. Multi-location teams open an item's Recent History to see when it was last physically verified. As of now, a matched count writes nothing at the item level — the only way to get an item-level entry is to actually change the quantity.
