  1. Improvements to the LIMITED role

The introduction of the new LIMITED role is a significant change to user functionality from the past , but its current restrictions hinder our ability to fully leverage it. While we understand that not all functionalities can be extended to this role, a few key enhancements would make it significantly more practical for our use case. In addition to its existing capabilitiesβ€”moving items within a designated folder and modifying item quantities within a designated folderβ€”we would like to see the LIMITED role include the ability to: β€’ Create, Delete, and Move folders Additionally, it would be highly beneficial if account Owners/Admins could customize this role by toggling these capabilities on or off. This flexibility would allow the LIMITED role to function as a view-only role when assigned to third-party users, ensuring greater control and adaptability based on specific needs. We appreciate your consideration of this request and look forward to hearing your thoughts.

  6. Option to make fields required

We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.
