The ability to use a public URL that will show customers/clients a user's inventory without having to log in.

The introduction of the new LIMITED role is a significant change to user functionality from the past , but its current restrictions hinder our ability to fully leverage it. While we understand that not all functionalities can be extended to this role, a few key enhancements would make it significantly more practical for our use case. In addition to its existing capabilities—moving items within a designated folder and modifying item quantities within a designated folder—we would like to see the LIMITED role include the ability to: • Create, Delete, and Move folders Additionally, it would be highly beneficial if account Owners/Admins could customize this role by toggling these capabilities on or off. This flexibility would allow the LIMITED role to function as a view-only role when assigned to third-party users, ensuring greater control and adaptability based on specific needs. this makes it easier and more efficient when organizing folders in a big sub folder. it would work so that when you click and hold you can drag one folder and place it into another by hovering over the folder you want to be the new destination

Have the ability to see the inventory on a past date or date range.

The ability to bulk select items and add to a PO.

Add the ability to update items via bulk import. An example of why this would be important is for a cycle count or a stock take.

We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

We acquire the same items throughout the year at fluctuating market prices. To be able to track what is coming in and then costing what is going out by First In First Out

We would like to use this PO form across the whole company, not just for inventory items. Thanks

Currently, only existing products in Sortly are able to be added to a Purchase Order, but this does not account for ordering and adding a new product that has not previously been ordered. A new product should be able to be designated to the appropriate folder and added into the inventory once it has been received. We also have variations of the same product within a folder and need to identify the variation by it's serial/lot number on each order. We do not know the # until the product is received. With the current Purchase Order actions, there is no way to achieve ordering and adding a new variation of an item.

Allow for components and finished products to be tracked organically and not by using the folder structure.

It would be great if we could see the cost field as well as the price field, so that we can see that difference in the reports.

Integrate with Shopify

Allow users to create labels with specific information or remove default information that is included on the labels.

Allow users to customize what content is shown on the Dashboard.
