Work Orders/Jobs in Sortly
Ability to create work orders or jobs in Sortly. Assign inventory to be consumed at a job. Once the job is completed, the inventory quantity should automatically update in Sortly. Ability to see which jobs are in progress, completed etc and to see how much materials have been consumed on the job so far. Maybe even allow some integration with other job management software.

Stock check / stocktake / inventory reconciliation

Auto-Generate Pick Lists from Low Stock
We will have a central store for our medical supplies and when any of our ten clinics hit the minimum of stock levels we are looking for that to go automatically to the Pick List which when ready will be sent to the store who will restock the clinic via the central store. The central store will be the only ones raising a PO on our supplier.

PO: Show "On Order" Status in Item Details
Once an item is added to a Purchase Order and the Purchase Order has been converted to "Ordered", show an "On Order" status in the item information. This would save searching Purchase Orders to see if you have ordered an item. Or, have a report that shows items that are on order.

integrate with Square
We use Square as our POS - the inventory application of Square does not give us the flexibilty that Sortly does. It is a HUGE pain to download a CSV file then upload it to Square. Having the ability for the two systems to talk to one another would save me hours of work!

Purchase Orders: Auto-Fill Part Number
When adding a part to your purchase order you have to manually add the part number. If it was added automatically it would make things a lot faster and smother
