Dragging folders or items into other folders
this makes it easier and more efficient when organizing folders in a big sub folder. it would work so that when you click and hold you can drag one folder and place it into another by hovering over the folder you want to be the new destination

Ability To Set Alerts On Folders
We can currently only set an alert on Items. Folder alerts that could be customizable in the "add a field" section could give us the freedom to receive an alert on the entire folder and not just an item file inside.

Purchase Orders: Auto-Fill Part Number
When adding a part to your purchase order you have to manually add the part number. If it was added automatically it would make things a lot faster and smother

combined alerts for quantity and expiration dates
I'd like to be able to see the total quantity of an item that has multiple expiration dates. For example; if I have 10 bottles of aspirin on the shelf, and my PAR is below 10, I know to order more. If 5 expire in a month and the other 5 are still good for a year, an alert would make me double check FI/FO locations. As far as I'm aware the current set up requires me to create a separate item in the folder with specific expiration dates, but doesn't associate a total quantity of that item.

Option to make fields required
We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.
