this makes it easier and more efficient when organizing folders in a big sub folder. it would work so that when you click and hold you can drag one folder and place it into another by hovering over the folder you want to be the new destination

  5. take higher quality photos

Current Issue: Photos taken directly from the application have low quality. This thus results in the need to take a photo with the phone in-built camera before attaching it to the product. With the improvement, it can allow us to take a photo directly via Sortly. The current low quality photo taken through Sortly can result in customers negative impressions. Hence, this improvement can help make it more convenient.

  6. Ability to mark items active or inactive without having to archive/delete

Customers would like the ability to toggle items into an active/inactive state. This would allow them to keep items within their inventory without having to archive or delete the items. It would also give them the ability to quickly move an item from active to inactive without have to search through the Trash.

  7. Option to make fields required

We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

  10. Work Orders/Jobs in Sortly

Ability to create work orders or jobs in Sortly. Assign inventory to be consumed at a job. Once the job is completed, the inventory quantity should automatically update in Sortly. Ability to see which jobs are in progress, completed etc and to see how much materials have been consumed on the job so far. Maybe even allow some integration with other job management software.

  11. Automatically resize images to fit thumbnails

Description: When uploading images, the thumbnails often crop portions of the image, making the content unclear. It would be helpful if uploaded images were automatically resized or adjusted to fit within the thumbnail dimensions, ensuring the full image is visible without being obscured. Benefit: This would improve usability by keeping thumbnails clear and consistent, reducing the need for users to re-edit or re-upload images.

When adding a part to your purchase order you have to manually add the part number. If it was added automatically it would make things a lot faster and smother

  15. PO Receiving: Ignore Inventory Price Differences

Currently, the purchase order cloning items received if the pricing of the inventory is different than the PO. I would like to have to ability for this to be ignored as I deal with inventory that fluctuates in pricing and cannot always match the purchase order pricing. This makes too many duplicates for me and would be considered a huge waste of time to try to merge every item each time it's cloned. So having an option to choose to ignore the price difference between the purchase orders and inventory pricing would be highly appreciated.
