Allow for components and finished products to be tracked organically and not by using the folder structure.

When adding a part to your purchase order you have to manually add the part number. If it was added automatically it would make things a lot faster and smother

Allow users to choose if they want email notifications for Pick Lists

Corrections of mistakes and 0 quantities

It would be useful to everyone. Using google sheets to keep stock count automatically. When scanning something into an our folder or deleting the item, The google sheet automatically updates live on the sheet what is instock or out of stock using number count.

Add the ability to update items via bulk import. An example of why this would be important is for a cycle count or a stock take.

Ability to have Sortly in Dark Mode.

this makes it easier and more efficient when organizing folders in a big sub folder. it would work so that when you click and hold you can drag one folder and place it into another by hovering over the folder you want to be the new destination

Allow users to sort folders and items in any order.

Send an automatic purchase order to a supplier/vendor when amount is low/below X number

Many times our PO's come in multiple shipments. Most times we actually get more pieces than we ordered because our suppliers do over runs in case some pieces are no good so we end up doing manual receiving transactions for the overages in addition to receiving against the PO's. Being able to edit quantities after the PO is finalized AND after it is partially received would be a HUGE help

We would like to have a message board that stays at the top of every users dashboard. This would allow us to prioritize projects, and daily functions within our business without sending emails, calling each other, or having as many production meetings. This could be a super simple screen that just allows us to type in int and erase as we do things real time updates versus old emails, notes etc. If you wanted to make it ultra cool, Im thinking like a max of 100 characters in each entry. Allow a status beside it, Not started/ in process/ completed. allow to be deleted once its been completed- but not auto delete. Maybe even allow tags for what job or pick list it is associated.

We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

Allow for different label sizes that what is currently allowed

Allow users to design labels by choosing what information to include or exclude, and adjust elements such as font size, logo size, and overall layout.
