  1. Fully Customizable Pick List

    It would help if the pick list were completely customizable from sorting by office name or number, by date or by items, also being able to adjust pick list after they have been made ready to pick or completed. This would make things go a lot faster. Its a pain to have to either delete the pick list or have to make another list because a client wanted to change/add/remove something at the last minute.

    Add the ability to update items via bulk import. An example of why this would be important is for a cycle count or a stock take.

  5. Work Orders/Jobs in Sortly

    Ability to create work orders or jobs in Sortly. Assign inventory to be consumed at a job. Once the job is completed, the inventory quantity should automatically update in Sortly. Ability to see which jobs are in progress, completed etc and to see how much materials have been consumed on the job so far. Maybe even allow some integration with other job management software.

  6. Pick List Export Option

    Add option to display details on the pick list such as cost, total cost of the pick list, option to not display pictures. We have a custom field were it indicates the item's physical location and would like to display on the export

  8. Dragging folders or items into other folders

    this makes it easier and more efficient when organizing folders in a big sub folder. it would work so that when you click and hold you can drag one folder and place it into another by hovering over the folder you want to be the new destination

  9. Multiple Quantity Alerts for Items

    Allow users to set more than one quantity alert for an item. For example, set one alert when the item reaches the min level and then another when the quantity is less than 10.

    Make it possible for Sortly to Communicate with Jobber so that we can make sure items checked out in sortly are being properly invoiced in jobber by our techs

  12. Customize Item Page Layout

    In our case some of the custom fields would be moved to the main area of the page as that information is used more often than the other fields. Example: The Bar code and usually used when entering a new product into the inventory and would be moved to the bottom of the page, and item locations, serial number etc. would be move up.

  13. Bulk Edit: move one item to multiple folders

    Allow for a certain quantity of a single unique item to be moved to multiple folders at once.

  14. Delivery / Pickup Workflow

    Let users create delivery orders & pickup slips using the items in inventory. Once delivery / pickup has been completed, the items are removed from Sortly or moved to another folder (depends on how you have your system set up)

  15. Change Visibility for Specific Custom Fields

    The ability to set which user groups can see or edit which custom fields would be really helpful. We use custom fields for some financial data that really shouldn't be visible to every user, but we also use custom fields for other crucial information that they absolutely have to be able to see.
