When adding a part to your purchase order you have to manually add the part number. If it was added automatically it would make things a lot faster and smother

A feature where employees could simply select "in' or "out" and then begin scanning barcodes on products to either add or remove them from inventory, one scan at a time, would greatly improve the efficiency in which our employees could manage inventory as it is used, replaced or discarded.

Allow users to design labels by choosing what information to include or exclude, and adjust elements such as font size, logo size, and overall layout.

Ability to create work orders or jobs in Sortly. Assign inventory to be consumed at a job. Once the job is completed, the inventory quantity should automatically update in Sortly. Ability to see which jobs are in progress, completed etc and to see how much materials have been consumed on the job so far. Maybe even allow some integration with other job management software.

Allow for components and finished products to be tracked organically and not by using the folder structure.

It would be great if we could see the cost field as well as the price field, so that we can see that difference in the reports.

Allow users to add features a la carte and customize their plan.

Request to add real-time alerts in Sortly for sync failures or when a connected device stops reporting. Ideally, users would see an on-screen notification when attempting to interact with an item that isn’t properly synced or when there’s no device connection, helping prevent confusion or errors caused by connectivity issues.

Allow users to choose if they want email notifications for Pick Lists

Pick all items at once instead of having to go 1 by 1

Request to enhance Pick Lists by allowing both decreasing item quantity and moving items within the same workflow. Currently, users must choose one action per item, which creates inefficiencies for use cases involving both consumables (that need to be reduced) and assets (that need to be moved).

Add the ability to update items via bulk import. An example of why this would be important is for a cycle count or a stock take.

We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

Allow for different label sizes that what is currently allowed

this makes it easier and more efficient when organizing folders in a big sub folder. it would work so that when you click and hold you can drag one folder and place it into another by hovering over the folder you want to be the new destination
