  1. Folder Color

    It would be great if we could change the folder color. We have folder names that are the same because we track parts by type as they move between on-order, inventory, staging and install. It would be nice to color code them to try and set them apart

  2. Option to make fields required

    We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

    I think that each user or (license) assigned to a folder or multiple folders should have the ability to allow notifications to come through (email-text) when products are moved or edited and saved within the APP. This would also be the case when a new item is created in the system. The user would receive a notification of the creation of a new item.

  12. Generate new/one time item P.O.s without putting into inventory.

    I use Sortly for my small trucking business. It works awesome but when buying high value parts like engines, transmissions and etc. I don't keep these items in inventory they're ordered , received and installed when they arrive not kept in inventory. It would be helpful to review and approve P.O.s through the mobile app also. I've always got my phone with me but getting to a computer can be a hassle.

  15. Allow users to control the order of line items on a Purchase Orders

    When items are added to a Purchase Order, whether by bulk adding from a folder or via Bulk Add Items on the PO directly, there’s currently no way to control the order the line items appear in. The order is system-determined and does not reflect the order the user selected the items in. Allow users to be able to reorder PO line items or set a custom order.
