Work Orders/Jobs in Sortly
Ability to create work orders or jobs in Sortly. Assign inventory to be consumed at a job. Once the job is completed, the inventory quantity should automatically update in Sortly. Ability to see which jobs are in progress, completed etc and to see how much materials have been consumed on the job so far. Maybe even allow some integration with other job management software.

Automatically resize images to fit thumbnails
Description: When uploading images, the thumbnails often crop portions of the image, making the content unclear. It would be helpful if uploaded images were automatically resized or adjusted to fit within the thumbnail dimensions, ensuring the full image is visible without being obscured. Benefit: This would improve usability by keeping thumbnails clear and consistent, reducing the need for users to re-edit or re-upload images.

Ability to add new attributes/variants to an existing item
We have some items that when bulk imported only had 1 variant, like 1 color. It would be helpful if we could add additional attributes and variants when we add another color or size of the same item. When that happens now, we need to delete the item and create a new one with the additional attributes and variants.

Deleting a custom field but keeping historical information about that field
When initially creating a custom field for an Item and then later wanting that custom field to be applied to folders as well, the user has to fully delete the custom field and then create a new one. This results in the loss of any data associated with that custom field.

Option to Export Reports to PDF
It would be nice to have the option to export a report to a PDF in the same format that you see when you run a report in Sortly. Also, if you could include the report name, date created, created by and company logo. Thanks!

Export Team List in Excel
It would be great to be able to export the list of my team members into an excel report, so we could quickly sort through and filter staff that may no longer need access.

Add a feature to clone the minimum levels when cloning a whole folder.
This would be useful to the customer. For example, my employee's reupdate folders and sometimes we just want to clone multiple items in a folder, and we do that but always have to go back in and add the minimum levels which is not very time efficient.
