  2. Add or Integrate Web Clipper

"Thank you for the reply. The scanning doesn’t work with a lot of products we have to input. A web clipper allows you to clip things from a website directly into your software. This should be a part of Sortly for convenience of usage. "

  4. Stock Count – Track Scan vs. Manual Counts

Request: Add an indication to Activity History showing whether an item in a Stock Count was counted via scan or manually entered/adjusted. Use Case: The customer wants greater visibility and accountability when reviewing Stock Counts. They’ve encountered situations where: The physical item's SID does not match the SID in Sortly, so employees manually enter the count when scanning doesn't locate the item. Employees may manually report that an item is present without physically locating/scanning it, resulting in inaccurate inventory. Being able to review whether each item was scanned or manually counted would help identify potential discrepancies and improve Stock Count accuracy. Additional Request: As an alternative or complementary feature, allow Owners/Admins to require Scan to Count for specific user roles, preventing those users from manually entering counts.

  8. Field Team View

A simplified version of Sortly where a field team member (contracted employee, day laborer, Brand Ambassador, etc) can select a link to view and edit only the Stock Count list, or Pick List assigned to them. In experiential marketing it doesn't always make sense to teach someone working for us for four hours how to navigate the platform to give us stock counts after an event, or pull items from our warehouse.

  9. Add Select Checkbox and Select All

Need a much easier way to DELETE Pick Lists and / or Stock Counts. Currently you must open each one to delete. Current way is VERY time consuming :-(

  10. Cost Field

It would be great if we could see the cost field as well as the price field, so that we can see that difference in the reports.

  14. Auto-Generate Pick Lists from Low Stock

We will have a central store for our medical supplies and when any of our ten clinics hit the minimum of stock levels we are looking for that to go automatically to the Pick List which when ready will be sent to the store who will restock the clinic via the central store. The central store will be the only ones raising a PO on our supplier.

  15. Pick List Enhancement: Reserve Items

Ability to "reserve" or "hold" items in the pick list from the inventory before the item is officially picked. This will help customers determine future purchases and how much of the inventory is allocated to pick lists versus how much is not picked yet.
