  1. Add or Integrate Web Clipper

"Thank you for the reply. The scanning doesn’t work with a lot of products we have to input. A web clipper allows you to clip things from a website directly into your software. This should be a part of Sortly for convenience of usage. "

It would be great if we could see the cost field as well as the price field, so that we can see that difference in the reports.

  12. Auto-Generate Pick Lists from Low Stock

We will have a central store for our medical supplies and when any of our ten clinics hit the minimum of stock levels we are looking for that to go automatically to the Pick List which when ready will be sent to the store who will restock the clinic via the central store. The central store will be the only ones raising a PO on our supplier.

  13. Pick List Enhancement: Reserve Items

Ability to "reserve" or "hold" items in the pick list from the inventory before the item is officially picked. This will help customers determine future purchases and how much of the inventory is allocated to pick lists versus how much is not picked yet.

  14. Ability to email purchase orders

Currently we have to download the purchase order pdf, open and email, type a message etc just to send a PO. Sortly already knows vendors email addresses so it makes sense we could send the email straight from sortly. This would then automatically set the PO status to "Ordered".

  15. Custom or additional default fields for transactions

"Currently, the main field we were wanting was a Purchase Request field. For possible future audits, this would allow us to cross reference a purchase with the purchase request documents that we have on file. Rather then a generic "Transaction Notes" field, something specific would help ensure the information was entered. Also, I'm assuming a search/report could be made on the newly created Purchase Request field? Maybe there is a better way of doing this that I'm not aware of." Additional fields or custom fields when creating a transaction.
