  1. Update items via bulk import

Add the ability to update items via bulk import. An example of why this would be important is for a cycle count or a stock take.

  4. Print Non-Sortly Barcodes/QRs

We can upload 3rd party barcode values to Sortly however they cannot be printed on labels. Only Sortly-generated barcodes can appear on labels, which is a strange limitation. If an item already has a uploaded barcode why can't it be printed on a label?

  6. Multiple Sites quantity lines for the same part

We have multiple sites that inventory the same items/parts. Having an option to have multiple quantity lines for different sites/warehouses that add up to the min level or haver their own stock level would sure be handy. Otherwise, we would need to make items for each site individually multiplying our efforts and allowing room for mistakes.

  7. Add an option to delete an item after move

When moving items between folders, it would be nice to have an option to delete an item from the origin folder after it is moved to the destination folder. The current workflow requires me to go back to the origin folder and manually delete the item.

  8. Cost Field

It would be great if we could see the cost field as well as the price field, so that we can see that difference in the reports.

  13. Purchase Orders: Auto-Fill Part Number

When adding a part to your purchase order you have to manually add the part number. If it was added automatically it would make things a lot faster and smother

  14. Negative Quantities

I would like to please know how the "stock required" is entered to the system and if it can go into negative stock? We are a solar company and sell products we know we can get (if we don't have enough) so occasionally a solar panel for example we may have sold 100 of them but we may only have 80 on hand. Therefore we know we need to order more of that material

  15. take higher quality photos

Current Issue: Photos taken directly from the application have low quality. This thus results in the need to take a photo with the phone in-built camera before attaching it to the product. With the improvement, it can allow us to take a photo directly via Sortly. The current low quality photo taken through Sortly can result in customers negative impressions. Hence, this improvement can help make it more convenient.
